UI’SRC Commences Emergency Sitting after an Hour Delay

The Students’ Representative Council of the University of Ibadan Students’ Union has finally commenced its emergency sitting after an hour delay.
The sitting reported to have been scheduled to start at 5:00 p.m. didn’t commence until 6:18 p.m.
The agenda for the sitting includes: reading and adoption of the minutes of the last meeting, the request for the reconstitution and re-sit of the disciplinary committee due to an alleged constitutional oversight, and any other business.
As of press time, over sixty Honourable members are present at the emergency sitting.
