The 33- year old Portuguese finally saw an end to his goal drought after notching two goals in Juve’s controversial win over Sassuolo. It took Ronaldo 28 shots and over 300 minutes to register his first series A goal for the Old Ladies, after slotting home the ball in the 50th minute. Ronaldo added the second in ten minutes, after scoring from a fine counter attack.
Sassuolo however pulled one back, courtesy of Khouma Babacar’s strike in the injury time while Douglas Costa might be up for a strict disciplinary action after spitting in the face of Di Franscesco.
