The present Mr AFAS contested against only one person in the male category and he won even though it was impromptu. On the other hand, he didn’t plan to run for Mr AFAS in the first place. He is also a visual artist, content writer and interior decorator. He plans to use the platform he has been given as the Mr AFAS to revive the vitality and social life in AFAS. Also, he plans to work hand in hand with some independent bodies to generate sponsorship for the faculty student association.

Miss Habibat contested against only one person in the female category. She asserts that she has always loved the crown and when she contested for Miss Fresher last year, she told her manager that she would run for Miss AFAS. This is because her department rarely gives a platform for peagantry. She believes she has a lot of plans which she wishes to carry out with the help of the Mr AFAS and the present administration.
