Bobrisky’s #19m Birthday Party Disrupted by the Police

A number of members of the Nigerian Police Force stormed the venue slated for Bobrisky’s 28th birthday party on the 31st of August, 2019. The party was scheduled to hold at the The Pearls Gardens, Olateju Crescent, off Admirality Way, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos State. The Lagos State Police command claimed that it took the action based on the sensitive information that the Nigerian Police Force, Lagos command received.

The party was expected to be another gathering of celebrities, homosexuals and cross- dressers. The action of the police may be linked to the threat that Bobrisky got from Otunba Segun Runsewe, Director General of the National Council for Arts and Culture, who had stated earlier that he would go after Bobrisky and the likes of him because they are a disgrace to the nation.

The Nigerian constitution is against same sex marriage and they are constitutional penalties for anyone who is caught. Mrs. Dolapo Badmus who is the PRO of the zone 2 Police command has therefore warned all Lesbians, Gay, Bisexuals and Transgender (LGBT) to beware.
