Cardi B ends her mini West African tour and leaves for the US
Popular American rapper, Cardi B, who visited Nigeria and Ghana on a mini West African tour has left for the United States. However, her visit has left some dramas in the entertainment scenes of both countries. One of the dramas is the exchange of words between Nigerian On Air Personality and actress, Toke Makinwa, and a fellow actor, Yomi Black. The latter dared her to reveal the source of her wealth when she commented on Nigerians respecting Cardi B’s lifestyle and calling her real, while they tongue lash Nigerian celebrities who live like her. Also, in her visit to Ghana, Cardi B was reported to have kept Ghanaians and their celebrities waiting at a ‘meet and greet’ event. She eventually showed up and later explained that she had a stomach upset after eating and the event was not even part of her contract. This has caused a social media banter between Nigerians and Ghanaians, with an argument on which country has the best meal and speaks better English.
