Arts wins as Agric, Tech, Law, others reach the quarter-finals.

In the preliminary round of the inter-faculty level of the on-going jaw war competition, held at NFLT, where 16 faculties lock horns to battle out for a spot in the quarter finals, the faculties of Arts, Agric, Tech, Clinical sciences, Economics, Law, and Environmental design come up victorious to enter the quarter-final round of the competition.
In the rounds of debate, Faculty of Agric locked horns with Education; Technology battled Basic Medical Science; Clinical Science fought head on head with Dentistry; Science faced Arts; Veterinary Medicine and Environmental Design; Economics and Public health; Pharmacy and Renewable Natural Resources; Law went up against The Social Sciences.
Praise Oyewole of Philosophy and Adigun Mary of Theater Arts represented the Faculty of Arts who ended with a 63.75% score defeating their opponent by a 7.25% margin.
Victor Fabarebo of Law was announced as the best speaker of the round.
