INGREDIENTS

Spaghetti
Vegetable oil
Onions
Pepper mix (Red bell peppers, Habanero and Tomatoes or as preferred)
Garlic powder (optional)
Beef stock
Seasoning
Suya pepper
Leftover suya

PREPARATION

  • Boil your pasta. Strain and keep the water.
  • Blend your peppers and set aside.
  • Heat up enough vegetable oil in your pan or pot.
  • Saut your onions, add peppers, garlic powder, suya pepper and seasoning. Add salt if you won’t be using any stock. If you’ll be using stock, let your pepper mix cook for a bit before adding the stock.
  • Add your leftover suya. Leave it to cook with the sauce, then add your spaghetti.
  • At this point, pour in a little bit of your pasta water. This is to bind the pasta and the sauce so the sauce incorporates well into the pasta.
  • Allow to steam for a very short time. Your Suya Spaghetti is ready to eat.
  • Enjoy!
