Mojuba to Write Apology Letter, Undergo 2-Week Community Service for Breach of Constitution

The Association of Faculty of Arts’ Legislative Council has slammed AFAS President, Olamilekan Adeniyi (Mojuba) a disciplinary measures for breach of the constitution, for not addressing the FLC and the Speaker, Rt hon Olajide Miqdad properly, and for dragging the former Speaker.
The decision was made at the ongoing plenary session on Saturday at Room 71, faculty of Arts.
According to a subsidiary motion moved by the Chief Whip, Hon Essien representing from Music constituency and seconded by Hon Oyindamola, it stated that AFAS president should “ write an apology letter to the house for not properly addressing the house and Mr Speaker, and dragging the former Speaker into the whole issue, He should undergo a 2-week community service, He should sign an undertaking not to meddle into the affairs of the FLC or else he will be suspended, and He should dissolve the group of Council of Presidents and Secretaries he created before he present the executive budget to the FLC.
In a vote conducted on the motion, 9 members supported the motion out of the 15 present honourable members.
